How to season a cast iron plate reversible?
I just made a reversible plate. For some reason, the seasoning instructions missing. I season the grill. Now I need to spray with oil and cook at 425 for about an hour? How can I do?
These are the instructions for no (can be your brand, but it probably works the same). Also, from personal experience, do not use vegetable oil in the melt season, as it causes sticky. Recently started to smoke cigarettes. My family has a history of smoking and manage to live long without cancer or something serious.
